windows无法启动system（System Event Notification Serv）

windows无法启动system event notification的因素是System Event Notification Service服务未开启。可以在资源管理器里打开System Event Notification Service服务，再重启电脑就可以。

System Event Notification服务：

System Event Notification服务监控并追踪电子计算机事件（如Windows登陆互联网和开关电源事件）。它还将这种事件通知给COM 事件系统软件 定阅者。假如System Event Notification服务终止，COM Event System服务的订购者将不容易接受到事件通知，而且会产生下列问题：Win32 API IsNetworkAlive和IsDestinationReachable将没法运作。这种API大多数在便携式计算机的挪动APP中应用。ISens*插口将没法应用。SENS登陆/销户通知将不成功。
